At MindSpa Society, we believe that mental health is as vital as physical health. Our mission is to create a safe and compassionate space where individuals and families can find support, healing, and hope. Through awareness programs and community initiatives, we are working to break stigma and bring care closer to those who need it most. WELCOME TO MIND SPA
At Mind Spa, our mission is to spread awareness about de-addiction and mental health, working tirelessly to destigmatize these crucial issues in society. We believe that with the right knowledge and support, individuals and families can overcome the challenges posed by addiction and mental health concerns.
OUR VISION
Mind Spa is dedicated to facilitating positive change through drives, campaigns, and workshops. Our goal is to empower teachers, students, and parents with the tools to recognize and manage early signs of addiction and mental health problems, including self-sabotage, suicide risk, negative coping behaviors, and bullying.
COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT FOR MENTAL HEALTH
We are committed to the rehabilitation and reoccupation of persons with mental illness (PMI) and their families. Our support extends to individuals facing schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction, and other related conditions.
Who We Are
India is facing a silent mental health crisis. According to the World Health Organization, by 2026, nearly 20% of the Indian population will suffer from at least one mental health condition. The National Mental Health Survey conducted by NIMHANS revealed that 13.7% of Indians currently experience mental disorders, with 10.6% requiring urgent intervention. This translates to over 13 crore people in need of immediate mental health support.
Yet, the healthcare system is woefully underprepared. India has only four psychiatrists per million people, compared to around 100 in Australia and over 150 in many developed nations. This severe shortage, combined with a persistent social stigma, leaves most individuals untreated and misunderstood.

Caring for a loved one with mental illness can be exhausting and lead to burnout. We help caregivers through stress-relief workshops, peer support groups, respite care options, and access to mental health professionals for their own emotional well-being.
